1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
- Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage or defect (photos/videos required).
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
2. Return & Replacement Process
- Contact Us – Email or message us with your order details and issue description.
- Approval & Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Return the Item – Ship the product back following our guidelines. The return shipping cost may apply based on the reason for return.
- Inspection & Resolution – Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund if applicable.
3. Refund Policy
- Full refunds are provided only for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
